Craig Arnold is the Susan Dod Brown Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and director of the Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials at Princeton University. He is also the Vice Dean for Innovation. His research focuses on energy storage and conversion technology, with particular emphasis on mechanical phenomena in these systems, novel materials for storage and conversion, and optical, mechanical and electron characterization in these systems.
